On Suicide

On suicide

I was thinking about what prompts any person to suicide, is it just failure ? Is it the thought of complete control on at least one part of your life? Life is a wonderful gift , it may not all be roses and happiness yet it is worth every breath. I wish that all depressed people find a solace , a salve in something or someone.Happiness is everyones right. Love yourself you are worth a great life , you are unique let no one tell you different! šŸ™‚ šŸ™‚

Strained relations
Joke of a job
Alcohol only for a mate
Loss of control , a never
Ending nightmare
Delicious seemed the thought
Of complete power on ones life
Eyes dazed with excitement
Heart thud – thudded
Faint light sieved
In from the roof top
Breath heaved in his chest
He raised his head above
Skin met the revolver tip
Bang! Recoil
Doors of heaven opened ….

  1. I think some look at suicide as an easy way out when they lose complete control of their life. Life is a puzzle that we are all attempting to piece together, but some lose some of those pieces and feel their life will never be complete. I wish they knew that killing themselves kills the ones that loves them. The hardest question in the world is, why?

  2. Hi,

Glad to have found your blog. As someone who have attempted suicide several times and as someone who know someone who also committed suicide, I can answer this question.

The truth is it varies for every person. But mostly it’s because of chronic depression. It’s a hard place to be in and I’m only able to make it through the grace of God.

I hope that kind of answers your question.
